Wholesale & Custom Order Questions
Are you a factory, and can I request customization?
Yes. QULA is a beads and jewelry components factory and accepts custom project inquiries. Send the design, dimensions, material or finish reference, quantity and intended use. Feasibility, samples, custom MOQ, packing and schedule are confirmed for the project.
What are the MOQ and packing quantities?
Selected published stock bead items start from one bag. Standard bead packing is 100 pcs per bag unless a product states otherwise. Check the selected item; these stock terms do not set the MOQ for every custom design or packaging project.
Can every bead fit a beadable pen?
No. Check the product's hole size and direction, your rod diameter and usable assembly length. Some decorative components use loops or no-hole flat backs instead. When a measurement is not listed, confirm the specification and sample fit before ordering.
Do you accept inquiries from buyers worldwide?
Yes. We welcome DIY workshops, wholesalers, brand buyers and OEM/ODM projects worldwide. Include the destination country, postal code, item reference and quantity so freight and order requirements can be reviewed.
How long will my order take?
Availability, sample timing and dispatch are confirmed for the selected product and quantity. New molds, designs, materials, colors or branded packing require their own review and schedule; do not assume one lead time applies to every item.
