Review the project
For OEM/ODM, private-label or custom packing inquiries, share drawings, artwork, intended market and packing requirements. Feasibility, ownership of artwork, tooling and project-specific terms are reviewed before commitment.
Approve the sample and terms
Confirm the actual sample, dimensions, hole fit, finish, packing quantity, quotation and delivery schedule in writing. Stock terms do not automatically apply to custom projects.
Confirm packing and delivery
Agree the packing format, color split, labels, carton requirements and shipping arrangement. Request relevant product checks or documentation for your intended market.

Can I request OEM/ODM or branded packing?
Send your design, item reference, quantity and packaging brief. We review the proposed customization and confirm feasibility, sample arrangements, MOQ, tooling or artwork charges and timing before accepting the project.
What are the MOQ, hole diameter and lead time?
Use the specifications on the individual product page. Missing measurements are not assumed, and MOQ, sample fit, color availability and dispatch timing are confirmed in the quotation.
What should a DIY workshop confirm before ordering?
Review the material, dimensions, hole direction and diameter, finish, intended use and packing quantity. Approve a physical sample for pen fit or assembly. Request applicable safety and compliance information; craft components are not automatically suitable for children.
