From brief to approved specification
01 / Define the product
Share an existing SKU or a design drawing and the intended application: beadable pens, craft kits, jewelry or accessory components. Include quantity per design and the delivery destination.
02 / Review feasibility
We review the proposed resin or acrylic material, shape, color, finish and opening requirements. New molds, branding and packaging are subject to technical review and a project-specific quotation.
03 / Check samples and approve
Use a physical sample to check dimensions, bore direction, rod clearance, finish and assembly fit. Approve the artwork, selected design, tolerances and packing specification in writing before bulk production.
04 / Confirm the order and delivery
Confirm final quantity, custom MOQ, tooling or sample charges, inspection needs, packing, lead time and shipping terms in the quotation. Keep the approved sample and specification for repeat orders.
Selected stock items start from one bag. Many published resin items specify 100 pcs/bag; the individual product page takes precedence. Custom-project MOQ, sample charges, tooling costs and production timing are confirmed separately.
Buyer questions
Can I request a custom design or branded packing?
Yes. Our factory accepts custom-project inquiries. Share the intended shape, material, color, artwork and packing brief. New molds, special finishes and branding require feasibility and sample review; availability is not guaranteed for every proposal.
Does a stock MOQ apply to an OEM/ODM order?
No. A one-bag stock tier or 100 pcs/bag pack is specific to the listed stock item. Custom MOQ, tooling, sample fees and timing are quoted separately for the approved project.
Will every bead fit my pen or connector?
No universal fit is promised. Check the selected item with a sample, including actual size, hole diameter and direction, rod clearance and orientation. Finished pens, tools and display props are not included unless expressly quoted.
