What is the minimum order quantity?
Custom cloth orders start at 1,000 pieces per color. Standard 8 x 8 cm silver polishing cloth stock may be available in smaller batches; quantity, colors and dispatch are confirmed when you inquire. Cases, pouches and boxes are quoted by specification.
Can you add our logo and custom packaging?
Yes. Logo options can include black, white, color, pressed, gold or silver effects, subject to the cloth and artwork review. Packaging can be bulk, individual, paper-card or buyer-specified. You must own or have permission to use the supplied artwork.
Are silver polishing cloths and lens cloths interchangeable?
No. State the intended surface when requesting a quotation. A treated jewelry polishing cloth must not be assumed suitable for coated lenses, gemstones or plated finishes. Suitability is confirmed for the selected product and application.
How are artwork proofs and samples arranged?
A digital artwork proof is provided for confirmation. Physical sample requirements, cost and timing are quoted separately. Sampling may be recommended when color, hand feel, treatment or surface compatibility needs evaluation.
What is the normal bulk lead time?
Bulk production is normally 7-15 days after specifications, artwork proof and commercial terms are approved. The final schedule depends on product, quantity, packaging and current capacity and is confirmed for each order.
Can we order under our own brand?
Yes. Qula Craft supports OEM/ODM and private-label projects for jewelry brands, eyewear businesses, optical distributors and wholesale partners.
How are packing and export delivery arranged?
Cloths can be packed in bulk bundles of 500 or 1,000 pieces, individually, with paper cards or in custom packaging. Export transport is selected according to order size, carton volume, destination and requested delivery schedule.
What quality checks are completed before shipment?
Production is checked against the approved product specification, including relevant dimensions, edge, logo, packaging and quantity. Intended material and surface use should be confirmed with us before the order is approved.
