A production-ready brief helps brands and wholesalers compare quotations, approve artwork and avoid preventable changes during custom cloth manufacturing.
Confirmed OEM/ODM order parameters
Microfiber lens cloths and jewelry polishing cloths are specified separately because polishing treatment and surface compatibility are not interchangeable. Confirm the intended surface before approving material or care claims.

1. Start with the application
State whether the product is for lens and screen cleaning or for jewelry and metal care. Include the exact intended surface, destination market, order quantity and required care instructions. Compatibility must be reviewed rather than assumed.
2. Define the cloth and branding
Confirm material, finished dimensions, fabric weight, edge format, colors and packaging. Supply an owned or licensed logo file with placement and color references. Feasibility depends on the approved cloth, artwork detail and process.
3. Approve artwork and the sample plan
We provide a digital artwork proof for confirmation. If a physical sample is needed for color, hand feel, treatment or surface testing, cost and timing are quoted separately. Written approvals form the reference for production and repeat orders.
4. Produce, inspect and ship
Bulk production is normally planned for 7-15 days after approvals and commercial terms are complete. Before dispatch, the order is checked against the approved cloth, dimensions, edge, logo, packaging and quantity. Transport is selected for the destination and schedule.
